It's my work Christmas party this evening and I'll be carrying this crystal-embellished handbag from River Island. It's the ideal accessory to transform my office look from day to night. Who needs an outfit change when a few key pieces will do the trick, eh?
This boxy clutch is a future classic. With flat, mirrored crystal rods adorning the front, pewter-grey silk sides and back, and slick metal trim along the edges and curved corners, it's a beauty to behold - especially when the light reflects off the crystal. What's more, being mirrored makes them handy for a quick lipstick check, too!
The bag comes with a long detachable chain strap, but I think it looks best carried as a clutch, especially as its diminutive size (it measures 15cm x 10cm) is perfect for fitting snugly into the palm of your hand. Don't worry, there's space aplenty for your cash, cards, phone, keys and lippy.
It's a fab find for £29.99 as it looks a whole lot more expensive. Look after it well and it'll become a vintage piece you'll treasure in years to come.
